Terms & Conditions — MY STAR

Every item is made to order. By placing an order, you agree that production begins after payment is confirmed. Delivery takes approximately 7–10 days from payment confirmation for orders of 3 items or fewer, and 10–14 days from payment confirmation for orders of 3 items or more.

Payment is accepted by card only, through the secure pages of TBC Bank and Bank of Georgia. We do not accept bank transfers. Your card details are entered directly on the bank's secure page and never pass through our website or servers. An order is not considered confirmed and production does not begin until payment has succeeded.

If a payment fails — sometimes the bank's payment page may fail to load or the transaction may not complete. In that case your order is not lost: it is saved with us, and we will contact you by email or phone with a secure payment link so you can complete payment. Production begins only after payment is successfully completed.

You can cancel or simply abandon an order at any time before payment is completed, free of charge. After payment is confirmed and production has begun, an order cannot be cancelled, because production starts immediately using material prepared specifically for your order.

Our products are mainly made from natural, vintage-style leather. During use, minor scratches and natural surface marks may appear — these are not considered defects. Over time these marks blend into the leather's natural texture and patina, creating a more even and distinctive look.

The leather must not be washed, soaked, or cleaned with water. The surface should be treated only with a care balm made specifically for leather. Using other cleaning agents or chemicals may damage the material, and such damage is not covered by the terms described below.

Because each item is made individually to your order, we do not accept returns for a change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, we will remake it for you at no additional charge: contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage, send the damaged item back to us, and upon receipt we will repair or remake it and send you the corrected item.

Prices are shown in Georgian lari (₾) and may change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown at the moment the order is placed.

You can create an account by signing in with Google or with an email and password. Password-based accounts must confirm their email address before signing in. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity carried out through your account. We may suspend or cancel an account used for fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

If you submit a product review, including any attached photos and videos, it is checked by us before being published on the site. By submitting a review, you grant MY STAR the right to publish that content on the website. A review must relate to your genuine purchase and experience; we may remove offensive, fake, or unrelated reviews.

Discount codes may have a minimum order amount, a usage limit, and an expiry date, according to the terms specified when the code is issued. We may cancel a discount code at any time. Discount codes have no cash value and do not combine with other offers unless otherwise stated.

All material on the website — including product photos, designs, logos, and text — is the property of MY STAR and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

MY STAR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage caused by the use of our products or website, except where required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights that cannot be limited by agreement under Georgian law.

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Any dispute will be resolved in accordance with Georgian law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page — the "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Please check back periodically.
